Catch a train for meals!

Every day after class, students at Shandong Jianzhu University rush to board a train that's not going anywhere!

The train is actually one of the university's canteens.

A retired green train and steam locomotive from the 1960s was converted into a student canteen offering many different kinds of dishes in its eight carriages.

Although the prices are a little higher than that of other canteens on campus, the train canteen is still popular with the students due to its unique dining environment.

The train canteen is also open to the public, with parents bringing their children to have meals during holidays.
