此次推介會共簽約項目15個，涉及資金76.61億元，其中合同項目14個、總投資45.61億元，協議項目1個、總投資31億元。這些項目的簽約，對延安經濟社會發展將起到極大的推動和促進作用。

Contracts have been signed for 15 projects in the promotion conference. With a total fund of 7.661 billion yuan, there are 14 contract-based projects with a total investment of 4.561 billion yuan and one agreement-based project with a total investment of 3.1 billion yuan. These projects will greatly promote the economic and social development of Yan'an.

延安高新區和延安市新型建材研發生産項目、數字化物流産業園項目、錢湖新材料研發生産基地項目等12個項目進行了集中簽約。

Contracts have been signed for 15 projects including the new construction material R&D and production project of the Yan'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Yan'an City, digital logistics industrial park project, and Qianhu new material R&D and production base project, etc.

安塞工業園區、延川工業園區、志丹工業園區、富縣工業園區相關負責人就園區發展、招商引資項目進行了推介。

“延安高新區國家應急産業示範基地總體建設方案為‘一網、兩中心、三園區、一體系’。目前延安高新區的能源安全與化工應急産業園（一期）項目、國際應急安全體驗城項目、能源安全應急特種設備生産項目、應急物資儲備中心及物流基地項目、應急産業培育項目、創新發展中心運營項目等正在招商。”王琳説。

"The overall construction plan of the National Emergency Industry Demonstration Base of the development zone consists of 'one network, two centers, three parks, and one system'. The energy security and chemical emergency industrial park (phase one) project, the project of international emergency safety experience city, the production project of the special equipment for energy safety and emergency, the emergency supplies reserve center, and the logistics base project, the emergency industry incubation project, the operation project of the innovation development center and so on are open for investment," Wang Lin said.

王琳介紹，延安高新技術産業開發區位於延安城區東南部，規劃面積92.4平方公里，是延安最具發展潛力的區域。依託延安資源及産業基礎，延安高新區確立了以能源科技為核心，電子信息和節能環保為配套，先進製造業和現代服務業協同發展的“122”産業體系。延安高新區現有註冊企業2200余戶，其中高新技術企業數量佔全市33%，已引進中車集團新能源裝備製造、萬達集團延安紅街、大唐集團熱電聯産、延安捲煙廠、彩虹集團超白光伏玻璃生産等一批骨幹項目。

Wang Lin said that located in the southeast of Yan'an, the Yan'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone covers a planned area of 92.4 square kilometers. It is the area with the most potential for growth in Yan'an. Relying on Yan'an City's resources and industrial foundation, the development zone has established a "122" industrial system with energy technology as its core. The system is supported by such industries as electronic information and energy conservation and environmental protection. Also, it features the coordinated development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries. There are currently more than 2,200 registered enterprises in the development zone, of which the high-tech enterprises accounts for 33% of the city's enterprises. It has introduced multiple projects including the new energy equipment project of CRRC Corporation Limited, the Yan'an Red Street of Wanda Group, the cogeneration, combined heat and power (CHP) project of China Datang Corporation Ltd., Yan'an Cigarette Factory, the production of ultra-white photovoltaic glass of IRICO Group.

 趙明表示，2021年，延安將堅持“製造強市”戰略，立足新發展階段、貫徹新發展理念、積極融入新發展格局，大力發展高端能化産業，加快拓展裝備製造産業，積極培育新材料産業，著力提升食品醫藥産業以及全面推動大數據應用産業。

趙明説，近年來，延安以油煤氣生産加工為主的能化産業集群不斷升級，實現了原油生産和煉化兩個千萬噸級生産能力，能源本地轉化能力達到49%；以油氣採掘為主的裝備製造業集群加快改造，形成了以延長石油裝備、延安嘉盛、守山、天信管業等為龍頭的智慧裝備製造企業集群，2020年，規模以上生産企業實現産值31億元；以農特産品加工為主的食品醫藥製造集群持續壯大，2020年，延安食品、醫藥製造實現總産值52億元；以新材料、大數據為主的新興産業集群迅速發展，引進了成都西物科技集團有限公司、彩虹集團新能源股份有限公司等一批知名企業，攜手華為建設延安華為雲計算數據中心等，2020年，延安新材料産業實現總産值27億元。

Zhao Ming said that in recent years, Yan'an's energy and chemical industry cluster, which focuses on oil and gas production and processing, has been continuously upgraded, achieving two 10-million-ton production capacities for crude oil production and refining, and the local energy conversion capacity has reached 49%. The mining-oriented equipment manufacturing cluster has accelerated its transformation and formed a smart equipment manufacturing cluster led by Yanchang Petroleum Equipment, Yan'an Jiasheng, Shoushan, Tianxin Pipes, etc. In 2020, large enterprises has achieved an output value of 3.1 billion yuan. Food and medicine manufacturing clusters focusing on the processing of special agricultural products continue to grow. In the year of 2020, Yan'an food and medicine manufacturing industries achieved a total output value of 5.2 billion yuan. Emerging industrial clusters focusing on new materials and big data are developing rapidly. Yan'an has attracted a group of well-known companies such as Xiwu Technology Group. and IRICO Group New Energy Company Limited. It also have joined hands with Huawei to build the Yan'an Huawei cloud computing data center. In 2020, the Yan'an's new material industry has achieved a total output value of 2.7 billion yuan.

陜西省工業和信息化廳二級巡視員張萬科發表講話。延安具有豐富的資源優勢和産業基礎優勢，石油、煤炭、天然氣等資源儲量豐富，是國家重要的能源接續地，紅棗、酥梨、羊肉、核桃、小雜糧等農産品品質優良。近年來，延安加快貫徹落實“製造強市”戰略，全市工業、製造業規模持續擴大，産業結構不斷優化，是全省經濟的重要組成部分。延安也是國家應急産業示範基地建設示範市，制定了相應培育發展計劃、規劃，佈局“兩帶四基地”安全應急産業發展格局，抓住産業培育發展的重大機遇。“‘十四五’高品質發展已經起步，延安是具有巨大發展潛力城市之一，延安的發展思路已明確，與延安合作具有堅實基礎和廣闊前景。” 張萬科表示。

In recent years, Yan'an has accelerated the implementation of the strategy of "making a strong city by manufacturing". Industrial and manufacturing industries have continued to expand and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized, which are important parts of the economy of the whole province. Yan'an is also a demonstration city for the construction of a national emergency industry demonstration base. It has formulated corresponding cultivation and development plans. It plans to form the safety emergency industry development pattern featuring "two belts and four bases", and seizes the major opportunities for industrial cultivation and development. "The high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period has been initiated. Moreover, Yan'an is one of the cities with great potential for development. Strategies for development of Yan'an is specific and concrete. Therefore, cooperation has a solid foundation and broad prospects,"  Zhang Wanke said.

王軍營説：“2020年，延安市完成生産總值1601.48億元；地方財政收入163.84億元；全社會固定資産投資增長3.8%；工業投資增長6.1%。隨著供給側結構性改革深入推進，延安市工業加快提質增效、轉型升級，製造業發展在量上邁上新臺階，在質上取得了新突破。”

"In 2020, the GDP of Yan'an City reached 160.148 billion yuan; local fiscal revenue was 16.384 billion yuan; fixed asset investment in the whole society grew by 3.8%; industrial investment grew by 6.1%. With the deepening of supply-side structural reform, Yan'an's industry has accelerated its quality and efficiency improvement, transformation and upgrading. Also, the development of its manufacturing industry has reached a new level in terms of quantity and has achieved new breakthroughs in quality," said Wang Junying.

王軍營介紹，延安是中國革命聖地。全市轄1市2區10縣3個開發區，總面積3.7萬平方公里，總人口226萬。延安市大力實施“高端能化強市、特色産業富民、文化旅遊帶動、生態環境提升、城鄉一體發展”戰略，全市經濟社會持續較快發展。
