On May 16 to 19, 2024 Beijing Chaoyang International Tea Culture Festival opened at Beijing Junwangfu Hotel and Chaoyang Park. With over 30 performances of traditional Chinese folk music, an exhibition showcasing exquisite Chinese porcelain for export, and more, this event offers various interpretations of tea culture. Chaoyang District also released the "Tea Journey" map. The distribution of tea consumption vitality areas in Chaoyang District reveals that traditional teahouses, specialty tea rooms, and innovative tea beverage shops are mainly located in 12 key commercial districts, including the Central Business District (CBD), Sanlitun, Wangjing, and Shuangjing.

Tea Flower Carnival: Free entry after 11:00 every day

The Fish Lantern Parade: May 16-18

On May 18 and 19, the Twelve Flower Deity Selection Competition, themed "Twelve Floras", will be held to select 12 contestants as "flower deities", aiming to showcase the charm of traditional Chinese culture.

From May 17 to 19, the "Roadshow Plan" will be launched for the Tea Flower Carnival, inviting you to sing amidst the lingering sunset and the aroma of tea flowers.

The limited-time Tea Fragrance Garden is now open, featuring not only leading tea enterprises but also themed exhibitions such as "A Brief History of Chinese Tea", an exhibition of exquisite Chinese porcelain for export, and immersive interpretations of tea culture. You will also have the chance to discover Chinese-style electronic music.
