I. Content

Logo and appellation for the the Official Web Portal for the People's Government of Beijing Municipality. The final creative will be applied throughout the site (www.english.beijing.gov.cn) and online and offline materials for promotional purposes.

II. Objects

Creatives from all walks of like in China and overseas, not limited to organizations, groups or individuals.

A. Primary selection. All submitted works will be voted on by netizens for ranking. 16 logos and 16 website names will be selected for experts review.

B. Experts review.The committee will invite experts of design to rate the works selected after primary selection. The 8 logos and 8 website names with the highest score will enter the final evaluation.

C.Final evaluation. 1 logo and 1 website name will be selected in the final evaluation. This event is a public welfare activity of the government. The organizing committee will award one first prize, two second prizes and five third prizes for the best logo and website name respectively, and all the winners will receive a commemorative certificate with a gift.
