Unexpected hot weather hit central China's Henan province on Friday with a high of above 30 Celsius, almost unheard of for this time of year.
The city of Xinmi saw a maximum of 33 Celsius, Xinhua News Agency reported.
Zhengzhou, the provincial capital, experienced a high of 28.5 degrees making it the city's hottest day in March over the past 60 years. |
