吉林省委常委、長春市委書記王凱作總結發言。王凱表示，中韓（長春）國際合作示範區由‘新’而生、向‘新’而行，堅持新發展理念，堅持高品質發展，立足國家東北振興戰略全局和東北亞區域合作開放大局，開闢探索創新開放的發展新路。 

The demonstration zone adheres to new development concept and high-quality development, and will continue to explore new development path of innovation and openness based on the Strategy of Revitalizing Northeast China and overall situation of regional cooperation and openness of Northeast Asia.

왕카이 길림성위원회 상무위원, 장춘시위원회 서기: “중한(장춘)국제협력시범구는 ‘새롭게’ 출범하였고 ‘새로운 것’을 향해 나아갑니다. 새로운 발전이념을 견지하고 고품질 발전을 계속하면서 국가의 동북진흥전략 전반과 동북아지역의 협력개방 대세에 입각하여 혁신하고 개방 발전하는 새로운 길을 탐색하고 개척할 것입니다.”

泛華集團副總裁李華哲發言。李華哲表示：“中韓（長春）國際合作示範區將與韓國全境16個行政區全面合作，建設東北亞國際網絡集群城市經濟體，形成溢出經濟的匯流旺地、集散地，構成牽引東北亞經濟的重要引擎。”

Li Huazhe, Vice President of the Global China Group gives a speech. He states that the Demonstration Zone will comprehensively cooperate with 16 administrative regions around ROK and build the economic community of cluster cities covering the international network in Northeast Asia, so as to form a booming coverging and distributing center of overflowing economy as well as a crucial engine driving growth in Northeast Asia.

“중한(장춘)국제 시범구는 곧 한국의 16개 지자체와 전격 협력하고 동북아국제네트워크 클러스터 도시경제체를 구축하여 오버플로우 경제의 합류지와 집산지를 형성하며 동북아경제의 중요한 엔진으로 부상할 계획입니다.”

京東集團副總裁龍寶正發言。龍寶正表示：“借助中韓（長春）國際合作示範區獨特的區位、資源、政策和人文優勢，京東將加大在示範區投資規模，推動雙方合作邁向更深層次、更高水準。

Long Baozheng, Vice President of JD.com, gives a speech. He says JD. com will make full use of the unique geographical, resource, policy and cultural advantages of the Demonstration Zone, increase its investment in the Zone, and deepen the cooperation between China and ROK.

룽바오정 JD 징둥그룹 부총재: “중한(장춘)국제 시범구의 독특한 지리적위치와 자원,정책, 인문적인 우위에 힘입어 징둥(京東)은 시범구에 대한 투자규모를 확대하여 양국협력을 더욱 심층적이고 높은 수준으로 발전킬 계획입니다.”

希傑中國總部副總裁高熙錫發言。高熙錫表示：“希傑集團在2020年6月與示範區簽署了戰略合作協議，集團總部也在緊鑼密鼓地進行投資研究，爭取在食品、生物科技、物流、文化等領域早日在示範區落地生根。”

Ko Heesuk, Vice President of CJ China, gives a speech. He says CJ Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Demonstration Zone in June, 2020. Moreover, the Group has been focusing on investment and research, in order to bring relevant enterprises of food, bio-tech, logistics and culture to the Zone as soon as possible.

고석희 CJ중국 부총재: “지난 6월 CJ그룹은 시범구와 전략적  제휴를 했습니다. 그룹본부는 식료품, 바이오테크, 물류, 문화 등 분야를 하루속히 시범구에서 정착할 수 있도록 투자연구에 박차를 가하고 있습니다.”

韓亞銀行中國總行行長林榮虎發言。他表示：“我們將發揮韓亞金融集團的全球化優勢，推薦優質客戶，在吉林省政府的支持下積極參與‘中韓産業基金’的設立，為進駐示範區的企業提供債券發行與資金支援等多樣化的金融服務，發揮積極帶頭作用。”

Lin Ronghu, President of the Head Office of Hana Bank (China), gives a speech. He says, “We'll give full play to the advantage of Hana Financial Group expanding its business to the whole world, recommend quality clients, actively participate in the establishment of China-ROK Industrial Fund with the support of the People's Government of Jilin Province. Besides, we'll provide various financial services, such as bond issuance and financial support, for companies settling down in the demonstration zone, playing the leading role in this regard.”

임영호 하나은행 중국 은행장:  "하나금융그룹의 글로벌 우위를 활용하고 우량 고객을 추천하며 길림성 정부의 지원을 받아 '중한산업기금'조성에 적극 참여하고 시범구 내 기업에 채권 발행 및 자금 지원을 포함한 다각화된 금융 서비스를 제공함으로써 적극적이고 능동적인 역할을 할것입니다"

高玉龍表示，中韓（長春）國際合作示範區坐落于東北亞區域地理幾何中心，為深化與東北亞各國交流合作提供了得天獨厚的區位條件；示範區是東北亞的物流集散中心，具有堅實的産業基礎；中國“一帶一路”倡議、韓國“新北方政策”、俄羅斯“遠東開發”、蒙古“草原之路”計劃等在此交匯，外商投資更加便捷；長春擁有多所高等院校和研究機構，使示範區人文優勢明顯。此外，吉林省朝鮮族人口約佔全國朝鮮族的56%，與韓朝語言相通、習俗相近、往來頻繁，長春已與韓國蔚山、仁川、全州等6地結為友好城市，這些獨特的優勢必將轉化為強大的開放優勢、合作優勢和經濟優勢。

Gao Yulong says, “China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone is located in the geometric center of Northeast Asia, providing unique geographical conditions for deepening exchanges and cooperation among countries in Northeast Asia. With a solid industrial foundation, the demonstration zone is the logistics distribution center of Northeast Asia. Programs, including China's Belt and Road Initiative, ROK's New Northern Policy, Russia's Far East Development Strategy and Mongolia's Steppe Road Initiative, are all implemented here, which is convenient for foreign businesses to invest. Changchun has plenty of higher education institutions and research organizations, which highlights the cultural advantages of the Demonstration Zone. In addition, the population of Korean ethnic group in Jilin Province accounts for 56% of the ethnic group in China. Because of the same language and similar customs, residents of Jilin Province frequently communicate and exchange with people of DPRK and ROK. Changchun has become the sister city with 6 cites in ROK, including Ulsan, Incheon and Jeonju. These extraordinary advantages will be translated into great strengths for openness, cooperation and economic growth.”

가오위룽 시범구 당실무위원회 서기: “중한(장춘)국제협력시범구는 동북아 지리적 기하학적 중심에 위치하고 있어 동북아 국가들과의 교류 및 협력을 심화하기 위한 독특한 지리적 조건을 갖추고 있으며, 시범구는 탄탄한 산업 기반을 갖춘 동북아 물류 유통 허브입니다. 중국의 '일대일로'이니셔티브, 한국의 '신 북방 정책', 러시아의 '극동 개발', 몽골의 '초원의 길'계획이 이 곳에서 융합되어 외국인 투자가 더욱 편리해지게 될 것입니다. 장춘에는 대학과 연구 기관이 많으며 시범구의 인본주의적 강점이 분명합니다. 또한 길림성의 조선족 인구는 전국 조선족 인구의 약 56%를 차지하고 있어 한국, 북한과 언어 소통에 지장이 없고 유사한 관습, 활발한 인적 교류와 왕래가 있습니다. 장춘은 한국의 울산, 인천, 전주를 포함하여 6개 도시와 자매 도시 관계를 맺었으며 이러한 독특한 이점은 강력한 개방 우위, 협력 우위, 경제적 우위로 자리매김하게 될 것입니다.”

商務部亞洲司副司長楊偉群致辭。楊偉群表示，商務部願推動將示範區建設納入雙邊經貿合作機制和新的中韓經貿合作規劃。

Yang Weiqun, Deputy Director General of the Department of Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, gives a speech. He says, the Ministry of Commerce is willing to bring the construction of the Demonstration Zone into the bilateral economic and trade cooperation mechanism and new planning of China-ROK economic and trade cooperation.

양웨이췬 상무부 아시아사(司) 부사장: “상무부는 시범구 건설이 양자경제무역협력 매커니즘과 새로운 중한경제무역 협력기획에 포함되도록 추진할 용의가 있습니다.”

大韓民國駐中國大使館經濟公使劉福根致辭。

Liu Fugen, Economy Minister of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in China, gives a speech.

Adong, Vice-Governor of the People’s Government of Jilin Province, gives a speech. He says, “We sincerely welcome all of you to visit Jilin Province and Changchun. You will feel the prosperity of the revitalized Jilin Province, the dramatic changes in the modern metropolitan area of Changchun, and the bright future of the Demonstration Zone. We hope this event can build a wide bridge for exchanges among us, and establish a solid foundation for consolidating and developing communication and cooperation. Let's move forward hand in hand, and make great progress in international cooperation in Northeast Asia.”

Lee Haechan, President of the Korea Northeast Asia Peace and Economy Association and former Prime Minister of ROK, gives a speech through the video. He says, the establishment of the China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone will play an important role in boosting economic development of the two countries and the bilateral cooperation in various fields.

The demonstration zone prioritizes the development of advanced equipment, intelligent manufacturing, medical treatment, healthy food and opto-electronic information. It has been working to build a modern industrial system, actively create an international and convenient business environment which is ruled by law, manage and serve coordinated and efficient demonstration zones of international cooperation. It breaks new ground in opening up and cooperation in various fields, such as industry, technology, trade, humanity and environmental protection. Besides, it fosters new growth drivers for the development of the Belt and Road Initiative, and boosts all-round revitalization of Jilin Province.

示範區堅持新發展理念，持續推進高品質發展，立足東北亞區域經濟合作的引領區、中韓全方位寬領域合作的先行區、吉林省乃至東北地區振興發展的新引擎戰略定位，聚焦建設中韓兩國合作平臺、國際化開放平臺和體制機制創新平臺。

The demonstration zone insists on new development philosophy, and continuously boosts high-quality development. It's based on the strategic positioning as the leading area of regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and the pilot zone of all-round wide-ranging cooperation between China and ROK, and a new engine of revitalization and development in Jilin Province and even Northeast China. It focuses on building a platform serving the cooperation between China and ROK, an international platform opening to the world and an innovative platform for institutions and mechanisms.

시범구는 신개발 이념을 고수하고 있으며, 지속적으로 질 높은 발전을 추진하고 동북아 지역 경제 협력의 선두지역, 한중 양국의 포괄적 및 광범위 협력의 선두지역, 길림성과 동북 지역의 진흥 발전을 위한 새로운 발전 원동력이라는 전략적 포지셔닝을 기반으로 한중 양국 협력 플랫폼과 국제 개방형 플랫폼, 제도적 혁신 플랫폼 구축에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

示範區位於長春市東北部，佔地面積512平方公里，地處長吉圖核心腹地、哈長經濟帶中樞、東北亞區域幾何中心位置，區位條件優越。   

The demonstration zone is located in the northeastern part of Changchun, covering 512 square kilometers. With unique geographical conditions, it’s in the heartland of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone, the maincenter of Harbin-Changchun Economic Belt and the geometric center of Northeast Asia.   

시범구는 장춘시 동북부에 위치하며 면적은 210제곱킬로미터이고 장춘-길림-도문의 핵심지역과 하얼빈-장춘 경제 벨트의 허브, 동북아의 기하학적 중심에 위치하고 있으며 지리적 여건이 뛰어납니다.

中韓（長春）國際合作示範區于2020年4月21日經國務院批復同意設立，是中韓兩國立足共建“一帶一路”、對接“新北方政策”、加快東北亞區域合作發展的重要平臺。

The State Council approved the establishment of the demonstration zone on April 21, 2020. The zone is a crucial platform for China and the Republic of Korea (ROK) to jointly develop the Belt and Road Initiative, echo the New Northern Policy and accelerate the regional cooperation and development of Northeast Asia.

중한(장춘)국제협력시범구는 2020 년 4 월 21 일 국무원의 허가를 받았습니다. 중한(장춘)국제협력시범구는 한중 양국이 공동으로 '일대일로'를 건설하고 '신 북방 정책'의 도킹 및 동북아 지역 협력의 발전을 가속화하는 데 있어서 중요한 플랫폼입니다.
