Dalian Kyoto-Style Town Culture & Tourism Development Co., Ltd. invested 4.5 billion yuan to build the high street named the Tang Dynasty and Kyoto where the first phase of the demonstration zone has been opened. Meanwhile, the Great White Whale: The Age of Exploration, a flagship cultural and tourism project, introduced by Jinshitan, is expected to start construction within this year. Projects such as the Headquarters Base, Montjoux Timeshare Hotel, and Anchorage Hotel have also set out to obtain land use rights.

Besides, Jinshitan Botanical Garden, covering an area of 68.96 hectares, opened on June 3. Here, the Legend of the Giant Whale Exhibition displays the world's first specimen of the plasticized sperm whale, and the Light of Earth Geological Museum will make its first public appearance in July. It is worth mentioning that the intelligent bionic humanoid robot project EXROBOT, including a movable wax museum, a robot science, and technology museum, a science popularization museum, and an exclusive MCN institution of Jinshitan, is an upgrade of the original cultural and tourism products of the resort.
