China-ASEAN Information Harbor Network-Based Cultural Development Forum Will be Held on September 13th

On September 13^th, China-ASEAN Information Harbor Network-Based Cultural Development Forum will be held in Nanning, Guangxi, with the theme of “Lead Digital Life by Cultural Integration and Innovation”. On the forum, experts, scholars from research institutions in China and ASEAN countries, well-known corporate executives, and Internet culture celebrities will get together to summarize and communicate with each other about the progress and achievements in Internet culture cooperation and exchanges since the establishment of China-ASEAN Information Harbor, to promote key project construction and important content cooperation of China-ASEAN Internet culture.

This will be also the first time for the Network-Based Cultural Development Forum be held separately, which will play a positive role in promoting the construction of the China-ASEAN Internet culture exchange platform.

Advanced forum with senior political leaders from many countries

This Forum is directed by the Cyberspace Administration of China, hosted by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, organized by the Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, of Cyberspace Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, CRI Online, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Guangxi People's Broadcasting Station, Guangxi Television Station, Guangxi Radio and Television Information Network Co., Ltd., China-ASEAN Research Institute of Guangxi University.

The Internet culture was only one of the issues discussed in the previous two forums. On this forum, Network-Based Cultural Development Forum will be held as an independent one, which will play a positive role in promoting the construction of the China-ASEAN Internet culture exchange platform.

It is known that a number of ministerial-level officials from ASEAN countries will attend the forum and engage in high-end dialogues with senior government officials from China. They will exchange views on trends, policies and mechanisms for Internet culture development and promote breakthrough in the cooperation of technology, industry and platform, which will further enhance the geographical advantages of Guangxi in international cultural exchanges and promote the healthy, sustainable and stable development of the digital economy and Internet culture.

Celebrities of famous enterprises gather together to communicate Internet culture development

Centered on key areas such as online animation, online games, online audio-visual and online literature, the forum will discuss ways for the co-construction and sharing of China-ASEAN Internet culture.

Enterprises and media representatives from 10 ASEAN countries will attend the conference. More than 90 companies and research institutions in the fields of online animation, online games, online publishing, and online audio-visual are expected to attend the conference. The number of attendees is about 200, covering various areas of Internet culture, reflecting a wide range of representation.

Keynote speeches will be given by a number of guests: well-known Internet and media executives from ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and Philippines; guests from well-known domestic Internet companies such as iQiyi, iFLYTEK and ChineseAll; domestic Internet cultural experts, online venture capital companies, and popular Internet writers. They will explore communication paths in China-ASEAN Internet culture from different perspectives and fields, analyze development trends, and look forward to cooperation prospects.

At the same time, the forum also sets up communication and exchange parts. Analysis experts of business big data from China, Singapore and Hong Kong SAR and heads of block chain technology companies will conduct communication on the hot topic of block chain, grasping technology hotspots and exploring the direction of the industry.

Promoting multiple projects signing contracts

Through the promotion of China-ASEAN Internet culture key projects, this forum will promote multiple cooperation and breakthrough in technology, industry, platform and policy, further enhance the geographical advantages of Guangxi in international cultural exchanges. This forum intends to facilitate cooperation agreement for several China-ASEAN Internet culture projects.

This forum will also fully reflect the “technology + culture” elements. The technology of simultaneous interpretation between voice and text will be applied for the first time. The speech of the speakers will be converted into text in real time on the screen of the venue. This technology breaks barriers to language communication, allowing participants and the media to get the brilliant content of the speech in real time.

In addition, a display area will be set up at the forum to show new products such as artificial intelligence, AR/VR, and Internet audio-visual, in order to promote the key projects China-ASEAN Internet culture.
