楊興強表示，中國化工將以楊淩為起點，進一步加深與陜西省政府在農業領域的合作，為陜西經濟建設和鄉村振興作出貢獻。

Yang Xingqiang is saying that China Chemical will take Yangling as a starting point to further deepen cooperation with the Shaanxi provincial government in the agricultural sector and contribute to Shaanxi's economic construction and rural revitalization.

中國化工集團有限公司總經理楊興強表示，中國化工將與楊淩管委會共建了世界一流的種業研發創新中心--先正達種業育種技術中心。該項目主要涵蓋種質創新和新品種研發所需的核心技術。

Yang Xingqiang, general manager of China National Chemical Corporation is saying China Chemical will work with Yangling Management Committee to build a world-class seed industry R&D and innovation center - Xianzhengda Seed Industry Breeding Technology Center.  The project mainly covers the core technologies which are the requirements of germplasm innovation and new products.

烏茲別克斯坦共和國農業部部長賈姆希德·哈扎耶夫表示，農産品需求結構正在發生變化，人們對於有機農産品、生態綠色産品的需求在不斷增加。一方面要提高産量，另一方面要保證生物多樣性，因此要進行科技合作，評估環境對於農業的影響，發展農業數字化，推進高品質農業發展。

Khodjaev Jamshid, minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, says the agriculture demand structure of agricultural products is changing, and the demand of organic agricultural products and ecological green products is increasing.  On the one hand, we must increase production, on the other hand, we must ensure biodiversity.  Therefore, scientific and technological cooperation is necessary for assessing the impact of the environment on agriculture.  We should make agriculture digital and promote the development of high-quality agriculture.

他表示，農業農村部將全力支持楊淩示範區建立乾旱半乾旱地區農業發展的新平臺。

He says the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will fully support Yangling Demonstration Zone to establish a new platform for agricultural development in arid and semi-arid regions.

他表示，當前是打贏脫貧攻堅戰和推進鄉村振興的關鍵時期。要持續鞏固“三農”工作，抓好産業扶貧，建設生態宜居的鄉村。

He says that the present period is crucial  for winning the fight against poverty and promoting rural revitalization.  We must continue to consolidate the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", spare no efforts in industrial poverty alleviation, and build an ecologically livable village.

上海合作組織秘書長弗拉基米爾·諾羅夫表示，農業作為上合組織的重點發展領域之一，將持續不斷的為成員國之間和合作交流提供支持。楊淩示範區讓先進的農業技術和産品在這裡進行交流，對於成員國之間的農業發展起到促進作用。

Vladimir Norov, the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,  says that as one of the key development areas of the SCO, agriculture will continue to provide support for member states and cooperation and exchanges.  The Yangling Demonstration Zone facilitates the exchange of advanced agricultural technologies and products and promotes agricultural development among member states.

廣西壯族自治區副主席費志榮致辭，他表示本屆農高會上廣西共有70多家農業科技企業和科研院所進行展示。廣西壯族自治區將充分運用這個平臺和兄弟省份進行合作交流，為新農業、新農村、新農民的發展貢獻力量。

Fei Zhirong, vice chairman of the Guangxi zhuang autonomous region,  delivers a speech. He says that there are more than 70 agricultural science and technology enterprises and research institutes of Guangxi province at the summit, and that Guangxi zhuang autonomous region will make full use of this platform to cooperate with the brother-relationship provinces. Guangxi zhuang autonomous region will make great contributions to new agriculture, rural areas and farmers.

科技部副部長徐南平致辭。他表示楊淩示範區自成立起，一直是引領帶動現代農業發展方面的最新力量。楊淩農高會在農業技術示範推廣方面取得了顯著的成績。

劉國中表示，此次農高會將探討交流現代農業技術各個環節的創新與進步。圍繞農業高新技術産業、優質品牌農業等內容，集中展示國內外農業發展的新業態、新技術、新模式。

Liu Guozhong says that the summit will have discussions on the improvement of  modern agricultural technology. In addition, focusing on agricultural high technology and quality agricultral brands, the summit is a concentration of new models, technology in this realm.

The D hall serves exhibition, investment and commerce, which is an important one to show the development of Yangling and achievements of the summit. In addition, it is also a comprehensive hall to hold activities including conference or exhibition, making a great contribution to international cooperation on agriculture summit, modern development of the Belt and Road Initiative and the international icon of Yangling Agricultural High-tech Demonstration Zone.
