據苗小鵬介紹， 2016年，經過多方考察，他做起了手工掛麵，生意越做越好，産品暢銷省內外。苗小鵬不僅自己摘掉了貧困帽，還雇傭15名殘疾工人負責生産，為村裏的殘疾人提供了工作崗位。2017年7月26日，子洲縣遭遇了特大洪水，苗小鵬為受災群眾和抗災一線的官兵免費提供愛心餐，並籌集了價值8000多元的物資捐贈給受災最嚴重的鄉鎮。2017年，苗小鵬被評為第五屆“榆林好人”。

 According to Miao, in 2016, after doing some research, he started making handmade fine dried noodles. The business was getting better and better, and the products sold well both inside and outside the province. Miao not only got out of poverty, but also hired 15 disabled workers to take charge of production, providing jobs for the disabled in the village. On July 26, 2017, Zizhou County was hit by a catastrophic flood. Miao provided free meals for the victims, officers and soldiers on the front line, and raised more than 8,000 yuan worth of stuff to donate to the worst-hit towns. In 2017, Miao was awarded the fifth "Yulin Good Person".

馮建興説，榆林市始終把脫貧攻堅作為頭等大事和第一民生工程，高位推動各項工作向脫貧攻堅聚焦、各類資源向脫貧攻堅聚集、各方力量向脫貧攻堅聚合。同時，榆林市堅持目標標準，全面補齊脫貧攻堅短板弱項；把促進群眾增收作為脫貧攻堅的主抓手，突出抓好産業、就業和金融扶貧，精準施策，統籌資源，構建起了專項扶貧、行業扶貧、社會扶貧“三位一體”的“大扶貧”工作格局，奮力提高脫貧攻堅品質成色。

榆林市扶貧開發辦公室副主任馮建興現場分享了榆林脫貧經驗。

 Feng Jianxing, deputy director of Yulin Municipal Poverty Alleviation and Development Office, shares Yulin's experience in poverty alleviation.

自2015年脫貧攻堅戰全面打響以來，榆林市共派出1333支駐村工作隊、948名第一書記紮根脫貧一線，幫助貧困戶脫貧致富，榆林貧困人口由2014年底的48.63萬人減少到2019年底的1.82萬人，截至目前，這1.82萬貧困人口也已具備退出條件，脫貧攻堅取得決定性勝利。

Since the poverty alleviation work was fully launched in 2015, Yulin has sent a total of 1,333 village task teams and 948 major secretaries to work on the front line of poverty alleviation to help poor households get rid of poverty and become rich. The population of poverty stricken people in Yulin decreased from 486,300 at the end of 2014 to 18,200 at the end of 2019. Up to now, these 18,200 impoverished people are qualified to drop out, and work of poverty alleviation has achieved a decisive victory.

在眾多治沙模範當中，陜西省神木生態保護建設協會會長張應龍的治沙面積最大，治沙辦法更科學，治沙效果更突出。2007年，他被授予“陜西省防沙治沙先進個人”“陜西省十大感動我的人”和“第六屆中國時代和諧新聞人物”榮譽稱號。2019年6月5日，張應龍被生態環境部授予“中國生態文明獎先進個人”榮譽稱號。

In 2007, he was awarded the honorary titles of "Advanced Individual for Desertification Prevention and Control in Shaanxi Province" "Top Ten People Who Moved Me in Shaanxi Province" and "The Sixth Harmonious News Figure in China Times ". On June 5, 2019, Zhang Yinglong was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Individual of China Ecological Civilization Award" by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.

Wang Lirong says that Yulin has always insisted on establishing an ecological city and continuously strengthening policy support, and at the same time conducting multi-party financing to ensure deserification control and afforestation. The ecological environment of Yulin has achieved a qualitative leap through mechanism innovation, technological demonstration, and industrial drive. Yulin took the lead in realizing the desertification reversal in the same type of desert area in the world, the ecological environment has improved in general, and the local virtuous circle has taken shape.  There is a historical change from "as the sand advances, people retreat" to "as people advance, the sand retreats". As a result, the green map of Shaanxi Province has extended 400 kilometers to the north by Yulin People and a magnificent history of desertification control is written here forever.

通過宣傳片，嘉賓及外媒真切地感受到，榆林人民群眾為了改變惡劣的生態環境，一頭扎進茫茫沙海，通過幾代人的不懈努力，讓沙地變成了林地、草地和良田，實現了從“沙進人退”到“人進沙退”、從荒山禿嶺到綠滿山川的蛻變。
