Pesaro, Italy – As the 2024 Italian Capital of Culture and a UNESCO Creative City of Music, Pesaro is pleased to announce the launch of the first Biosfera Prize. This international competition invites artists, designers, musicians, and creatives to submit immersive video works that explore the intersection of art, nature, and technology. The winning work will be showcased inside the Biosfera, a unique four-meter-diameter spherical LED structure offering a 360-degree audio-visual experience.

Awards:

Winner: €4,000

Three Special Mentions: €500 each

Selected works will be featured at the closing ceremony of Pesaro 2024 and included in the Biosfera's performance program.

Submission Deadline: December 15, 2024

Eligibility: Open to all nationalities; pre-existing works accepted if adapted to the format
