“我所了解的陜西省，是中國文明的重要發祥地之一。這裡歷史悠久，文化燦爛，曾經是古絲綢之路的起點，如今又在共建‘一帶一路’倡議背景下，成為全球互聯互通與合作交流的重要節點。在接下來的幾天中，我們將與陜西來一個親密接觸，充分了解能源産業、現代農業、文化旅遊以及鄉村振興等諸多領域的發展情況。我也期待能與當地政府及企業代表進行友好交流、體驗學習，探尋合作機遇，暢想發展前景。”歐可·烏切説。
“As far as I know, Shaanxi Province is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization. It has a long history and impressive culture. It used to be the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, but now it has become an important portal for global interconnection, cooperation and exchange, in line with the Belt and Road Initiative. In the next few days, we will be discovering and exploring the beautiful province of Shaanxi, to fully understand its development and opportunities in the energy industry, modern agriculture, cultural tourism, rural revitalization and many other fields. 高進孝説道：“本次活動，各國使節將走進國家能源重鎮—榆林、‘中國青銅器之鄉’—寶雞、中國農科城—楊淩，還有千年古都—西安。在陜西這片熱土上，領略石峁遺址神秘的史前文明，感受鎮北臺的恢弘大氣，觀摩紅石峽絕妙的石刻藝術；見證能源産業的轉型升級，了解現代農業的實力擔當，考察鄉村振興的多元路徑；相信此次陜西之行，必將使各位使節進一步加深對中國特別是陜西的了解，進一步增強各國多領域交流合作的信心與期待。”

He believes that this trip to Shaanxi will further deepen the diplomats' understanding of China, especially Shaanxi, and strengthen their confidence and expectations for multifield exchanges and cooperation. “本次活動期間，我們從榆林啟程，用意深遠。作為‘塞北明珠’的榆林，自然資源富集、文化底蘊深厚、發展勢頭強勁，足以使其成為國際社會觀察中國、了解中國、讀懂中國式現代化的重要窗口，榆林蘊藏著中國與世界各國開展交流合作的巨大機遇。”范建平説。
Fan Jianping said, “In this event, the starting point Yulin is meaningful. As “a pearl of the north of the Great Wall”, Yulin boasts rich natural resources, profound cultural heritage, and strong development momentum, making it an important window for the international community to see China, learn about China, and understand Chinese-style modernization. “本次活動，我們有幸邀請到了來自尼日利亞、捷克、波黑、迦納、柬埔寨、津巴布韋、老撾、馬拉維、馬裡、莫桑比克、阿根廷、巴哈馬、布基納法索、肯尼亞、幾內亞、索馬裡等16個國家的駐華外交官，利用6天時間，參訪榆林市、寶雞市、西安市鄠邑區、楊淩示範區，考察陜西在投資合作、對外開放、文化旅遊、科技創新、鄉村振興等方面的發展成果及合作機遇。”范建平説。
“In this event, we have the honor to invite diplomats in China from 16 countries, including Nigeria, the Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ghana, Cambodia, Zimbabwe, Laos, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Argentina, Bahamas, Burkina Faso, Kenya, Guinea and Somalia. They will spend 6 days visiting Yulin, Baoji, Xi’an, and Yangling Demonstration Zone to see the development achievements and cooperation opportunities of Shaanxi in investment cooperation, opening up, cultural tourism, technological innovation, and rural revitalization,” Fan Jianping said.

范建平表示，陜西，一直是中國走向世界的典型代表，也是世界了解中國的重要窗口。國際在線始終致力於向世界講好中國故事，展示真實、立體、全面的中國。從2017年開始，策劃推出了“駐華外交官看陜西”系列主題活動，至今已成功舉辦了五屆，先後邀請了70多個國家的近100位駐華使節走進陜西進行參觀訪問、交流考察，推動合作對接，向世界講述陜西好故事，展示陜西新形象。
Fan Jianping said that Shaanxi has always been a typical example of China’s move to go global and also an important window for the world to learn about China. CRI Online is always committed to telling China’s stories to the world and showing a real, multidimensional and comprehensive China. Launched in 2017, the series theme activity of “Shannxi Trip for Diplomats in China” has been successfully held for five sessions. Over 100 envoys to China from over 70 countries have been invited to Shaanxi for visits, communication, and surveys, thus bolstering cooperation, telling Shaanxi’s stories well to the world, and displaying Shaanxi’s new image.

Yang Yang said, “We are honored to have invited so many diplomats to Yulin for visits, research, forums, and interactive promotions. Together, we will observe and witness Yulin's achievements in technological innovation, industrial transformation, cultural tourism, and intangible cultural heritage preservation. 楊揚表示，近年來，榆林市經濟增速持續保持全國前列，經濟總量穩居中西部非省會城市之首。從榆林高新區獲批陜西自貿區協同創新區，到榆林國際航空口岸列入國家口岸“十四五”規劃；從率先在全省首發“西部陸海新通道”國際貨運班列到“榆西歐”中歐班列實現常態化運營。地處黃土高原腹地的榆林，儼然成為中國聯通亞歐的重要一環，亦是內陸改革開放新高地。榆林也是一座文化之城，人文歷史古跡眾多，紅色旅遊資源豐富，現代産業繁榮昌盛。
Yang Yang said that, in recent years, Yulin's economy has maintained a rapid growth, consistently ranking at the forefront of the nation. The city's economic output has secured its position as the leading non-capital city in the central and western regions. From the approval of the Yulin High-tech Zone as a collaborative innovation zone of the Shaanxi Pilot Free Trade Zone to the inclusion of the Yulin International Aviation Port in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for ports, from pioneering the launch of the "New Western Land-Sea Corridor" international freight train to the normalization of the "Yulin-Western Europe" China-Europe train operations, Yulin has become a crucial link connecting Asia and Europe and a new hub for inland reform and opening up. Yulin is also a city rich in culture, with numerous historical sites and abundant tourism resources related to the Communist Party of China, along with flourishing modern industries.

The opening performance is the Hengshan waist drum. Widely spread in various villages and towns of Hengshan County, the Hengshan waist drum is a traditional dance most popular in the locality, receiving strong affection from the working people in Northern Shaanxi with a reputation of “The authentic origin of the waist drum.” Tonight, the Hengshan waist drum will take you to run through a thousand-year history and bring you the sound of heroic movement on this land.
