The 2022 World Conference on Display Industry Signs a Total Investment of CNY 155.7 Billion

On November 30, the 2022 World Conference on Display Industry held a centralized signing ceremony for major projects, and signed 75 new display industry cooperation projects, with a total investment of CNY 155.7 billion.

It is understood that this batch of projects involves materials, components, panels, modules, terminals and other display industry chain links. Among them, Chengdu signed 43 projects with a total investment of more than CNY 100 billion, and ten cities, including Mianyang, Deyang and Meishan, also signed contracts for projects in a number of new display upstream and downstream industries.

In recent years, through vigorous introduction and continuous cultivation, Sichuan has formed a new display industry cluster layout based on Chengdu, Mianyang, Meishan.

The relevant person in charge of the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation said that the signing showed the enterprises' strong recognition of the development opportunities of Sichuan's new display industry. The implementation of these projects will further promote the vigorous development of Sichuan's new display industry. The Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation will further strengthen the project attraction and follow-up services, and make positive contributions to building a world-class new display industry cluster in Chengdu-Chongqing region.
