On August 23, the influencers from Silk Road Countries took part in the 2023 Silk Road Rediscovery Tour of Beijing visited Beijing Municipal Government Service Center, 12345 Beijing Citizen Hotline Service Center, Chaowai Sub-district Party Masses Service Center and Liangma River International Style Waterfront. Their on-site experience allowed them to look closely at the innovative pattern of megacity governance and show the true color of Beijing to the world.

On August 25, the Sharing Session of the 2023 Silk Road Rediscovery Tour of Beijing kicked off on the cruise vessel of the Grand Canal. The session featured three topics, namely cultural mutual learning between China and the world, global wisdom of mega-city governance, and modern city construction under global changes. During the event, guests passionately  shared their opinions and insights in the joyful site.

On August 23, 11 influencers from Serbia, Romania, Austria, Thailand, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Zimbabwe visited the Beijing Municipal Government Service Center, and learned about the content and function highlights of the the Official International Web Portal of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality. They all highly recognized Beijing's smart city development and its top-tier government services.

On August 24, a group of foreign influencers participating in the 2023 Silk Road Rediscovery Tour of Beijing visited the New Actuation Fintech Center, the first stop of that day. Ioan Budura (Luo Yang in Chinese), formerly the Editor-in-Chief of the Department of Culture, Radio Romania, and a famous sinologist commented on the old photos that without them he would not be able to connect the present New Actuation Fintech Center with the Beijing Zoo clothing wholesale market of hustle and bustle.
