After 170 days of work, finishing 36 days ahead of schedule and supplying nearly 360,000 cubic meters of concrete, the entire BOE 8.6 Generation AMOLED production line project (covering areas A, B, and C), supplied by the Pidu District—Beixin Plant of China West Construction Group Co., Ltd., has reached its topping-out milestone.

The project covers an area of approximately 920,000 square meters and includes the construction of the PNL plant, chemical storage, specialty gas warehouse, 220KV substation, and supporting facilities. Once completed, Chengdu will become the largest flexible panel production base in the country.

During the project, the Pidu District—Beixin Plant actively planned and implemented a special construction supply scheme, maintaining a "24-hour duty system" and ensuring "no change in positions despite personnel changes." Faced with high technical requirements and difficulties, such as large quantities of exposed aggregate concrete, pool structure concrete, and long-distance pumping, the plant focused on strict control of raw material quality, optimizing mix ratios, and upgrading the binder system. This effectively addressed issues like the flatness of exposed aggregate concrete, structural cracks, and losses during long-distance pumping, allowing them to meet production targets with high quality and ensuring the project was completed smoothly, earning high recognition from the project stakeholders. Additionally, during the service month, the plant received a banner for "Enthusiastic Service and Professional Expertise" and a letter of thanks from the project party.
