On January 25, the National Fitness New Year's Greetings kicked off enthusiastically at Wangjiang Tower Park. The event ingeniously blends traditional temple fair elements with national fitness activities, aiming to further enhance the public's awareness of physical fitness and promote the deep integration of nationwide fitness and comprehensive health.

Martial Arts Performance

The event attracted over 300 participants, including sports enthusiasts, visitors to Wangjiang Tower Park, and many international friends. The venue featured vibrant displays themed around "National Fitness, Dreaming in Sichuan" and "World Sports City, Infinite Chengdu" among others. In addition to these exhibitions, the organizers adopted an "Experience Market + Sports Performances" format, offering a diverse range of activities for attendees.The fluid martial arts performances by the youth received rounds of applause from the audience.

It is reported that the 2025 National Fitness New Year's Greetings series of events kicked off on January 18. Citizens can widely participate in national fitness activities both offline and online before and after the Spring Festival. They can also stay informed about national ice and snow consumption benefits and join the "Sports+" activities of the National Fitness New Year's Greetings at any time.

Meanwhile, during the Spring Festival, sports venues and public sports facilities are opened to the public either free of charge or at a low cost. School sports facilities are also made accessible to the community. Furthermore, initiatives like the "Science of Fitness Lectures "and "Grassroots Fitness Guidance" provide a wide range of engaging and informative fitness instruction programs.
