On February 22, the 12th Sichuan Tea Harvest Week, themed Taste China’s First Spring Tea—Naxi Special Early Spring Tea, launched in Luzhou’s Naxi District. The event highlighted tea industry investment and high-quality development.

During the conference, Naxi District promoted tea industry investment projects and released its Tea Industry Development Opportunity List. 12 deals were signed, covering services, processing, and sales, with total investments hitting RMB 102 million and orders exceeding RMB 163 million.
The week-long event features calligraphy and photography sessions, tea art competitions, tea-tasting activities, local product with good quality tasting, early spring tea sight-investigation, cultural performances, local product showcases, business matchmaking and current hit short videos. Visitors and investors can immerse themselves in Naxi’s vibrant tea culture.
Naxi District has prioritized tea-tourism integration under the motto “promote tourism through tea, revitalize tea through tourism”. Efforts include building tea-themed towns, expanding industrial chains, and boosting rural development to solidify its status as a hub for premium early tea. (by Li Man)
