The global influencers then visited Shiqiao Street, where a unique hands-on activity of making intangible cultural heritage mooncakes began. Under the guidance of the inheritor of Yang's Mooncakes, the global influencers experienced every step of mooncake making, from selecting ingredients, kneading dough, and filling to shaping and baking.

After tasting the mooncakes, the global influencers commented that they were not greasy, had a crispy crust, and a soft filling, offering an excellent texture. WIKTORIA EWELINA BERNAT from Poland said: "Mooncakes are representative food of the Mid-Autumn Festival. I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to make it myself. The mooncake I ate had a hint of spicy flavor. I really like it. I also drank green tea. It tastes good."
