On December 14th, China's first marathon themed at ‘World Cultural and Natural Heritage’– the 2025 Leshan Dual Heritage Marathon and "Run Across Sichuan" (Leshan Station) – sounded its starting horn. 13,000 runners from across the country embarked on an energetic running journey along a course interwoven with stunning natural landscapes and rich cultural heritage.

After intense competing, Renwei Huang won the men's full marathon with a time of 2 hours, 23 minutes, and 25 seconds, while Qiaoxia Wang claimed victory in the women's full marathon with a time of 2 hours, 49 minutes, and 29 seconds. In the men's half marathon, Legedaqie took first place with a time of 1 hour, 8 minutes, and 25 seconds, and Junhui Liu won the women's half marathon in 1 hour, 15 minutes, and 5 seconds.
