　　From November 27 to 29, the "Share More Opportunities in Weinan, China" international observers' event, focusing on decoding Weinan's happiness, took place. Fourteen international observers from Chang'an University, representing countries such as China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Congo, Bangladesh, Thailand, and the Solomon Islands, used Pucheng and Baishui Counties as "windows" to gain insights into Weinan's development as a whole.
