小餅如嚼月，中有酥與飴！中秋節少不了月餅，自然也少不了各大派系月餅來“掐架”，五仁餡的好吃，還是鮮肉餡的美味，似乎永遠是個問題。

但用老醋做的月餅你吃過嗎？中秋將至，山西太原的一款醋味月餅成了爆款，讓這個中秋可甜也可酸。

 

A unique kind of mooncake — filled with mature vinegar — recently attracted followers in Taiyuan, Shanxi province.

 

這种老醋月餅的餡料，有芝麻、葡萄幹、果脯等，餡料和製作都保留了傳統晉式月餅的工藝。但老醋月餅的奧妙還在一個“醋”字，加入了手工八年八度的老陳醋，醋香濃郁。

 

雖然有了酸度很高的老陳醋加持，但老醋月餅並沒有酸酸的口感。醋的香味中和了糖的甜度，解油解甜解膩，每天能賣出4000多個。

 

Based on traditional production processes and fillings, including different nuts and dried fruits, mature vinegar is added, which greatly improves its flavor. The vinegar removes some of the sweetness and greasy taste while leaving no sour flavor.

 

除了老醋月餅，近幾年，各地都根據自己的地方特色，推出了創新口味的月餅。

螺螄粉月餅

 

廣西結合了本地特産，推出了螺螄粉口味的特色月餅。切開以後，內裏豐富，肉眼可見有酸筍、螺肉、果仁等。螺螄粉月餅餅皮用墨魚汁著色，將餅皮做成暗黑色，就是為了把“黑暗料理”的名頭坐實。

 

Luosifen, a dish of rice noodles cooked with snails, is a signature street food. Luosifen mooncakes are filled with these local ingredients offering crowds a unique festival experience.

 

小龍蝦月餅

 

湖北以小龍蝦聞名，這種口味的月餅也順勢推出。每只月餅裏麵包含了四隻小龍蝦，可謂是真材實料。還有各種口味的，比如蒜香小龍蝦月餅，麻辣小龍蝦月餅，椒鹽小龍蝦月餅等。

 

Hubei province is famous for its crayfish, so each mooncake is stuffed full with four crayfish. Varieties of this mooncake include garlic, salt and pepper, and spicy crayfish options.

 

火鍋月餅

 

四川人民對火鍋愛得深沉，不少商家推出了火鍋月餅。這款火鍋月餅的餡料用紅糖、麵粉、加入火鍋底料的湯汁製作而成。

 

People in Sichuan province love hot pot so deeply, that many businesses launched hot pot mooncakes. The filling of this unique flavor mooncake is made of brown sugar, flour, and signature hot pot broth, putting a new twist on this traditionally sweet desert.

 

奶茶月餅

 

廣州和深圳愛喝茶，奶茶店也多。這款名為“芝士波波奶茶月餅”的月餅，餡料都是奶茶配料，如桃山皮、芝士、雪媚娘皮等，迎合了年輕人的口味。

 

Guangzhou and Shenzhen love tea and have many milk tea shops. Named "cheese pop milk tea mooncake," the mooncake is filled with milk tea ingredients, which caters to the tastes of young people.
