The Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau (AEAB) of Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang City has taken a series of measures to further improve the quality and efficiency of government services, optimize the business environment, and allow enterprises to go through procedures in accordance with regulations in a convenient, fast, and effortless manner.

The AEAB has set up an information desk on the first floor to provide "one-stop" consulting services, promptly responding to enterprises' demands, and improving the efficiency of starting a business. It has also set up a service desk featuring "one application process for one matter", together with a joint handling mechanism to achieve cross-departmental receipt, so that enterprises can access to integrated and targeted services.

The AEAB also features an enterprises' self-service area equipped with computers, printers, self-service terminals, and other hardware. Applicants can register and log in to the Hebei Province Market Entity Credit Information Publicity System via computers in the self-service area to handle self-application of enterprise names, online registration of enterprises, and e-version file inquiries, which greatly shortens the processing time and facilitates the establishment of a business.

Next, the AEAB will continue to provide better services to enterprises, improve government services, and simplify the procedures for the public to truly serve and offer convenience to the public.
