In late autumn, on Yaqing Street, Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang City stands an extremely eye-catching classical Chinese-style pavilion. Deep in the covered corridor, a lush bamboo groove thrives, while a few pedestrians are leisurely rambling along the pathway, which painting a picture of serene and cozy elegance.

The 410-meter-long Yaqing Street (the section from Huai'an Road to Moka Town Community) is an Internet-famous street for stopping by and taking a rest as well as enjoying some leisure and entertainment activities.

In 2023, Yuhua District is embarking on the upgrading and renovation project for five boutique streets and alleys, including Yaqing Street and Xiaoma North Road. Throughout the endeavor, Yuhua District is committed to three aspects: first, prioritize a human-centric approach that focuses on delivering convenience and benefits to the people; second, highlight high quality and characteristics following the design and planning principle of "one of its kind, one epitome of culture" for each street and alley; and third, stress a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment and consequently work for a coordinated improvement.

In the next step, Yuhua District will continue to promote the renovation and upgrading of small streets and alleys with strengthened awareness of boutique neighborhoods and optimized urban spatial layout to enhance the city's image and taste. Its goal is to create a green, livable, high-quality street environment for residents, and improve people's livelihood and well-being.
