On November 19, Chen Wenlong, head of the Seed R&D Base in Shixiang Town, Changge City, Xuchang, Henan Province, China, said to the service staff of the Shixiang Power Supply Station, “The cold wave is coming soon. We replaced the electric roller shutters of all the vegetable greenhouses. However, some motors malfunctioned, causing the shutters to fail. Your prompt maintenance has been a great help. Thank you so much!”
