　　Recently, staff from the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company visited the nursing home in Taocheng Town, Yanling County, Xuchang City, Henan Province. They assisted in inspecting electrical facilities to eliminate safety hazards and ensure a reliable and secure power supply.

　　The staff conducted a comprehensive inspection of the nursing home’s electrical facilities to ensure the safety and stability of electricity for the senior citizens. Starting from the household metering devices, they meticulously examined the electrical wiring in kitchens, dormitories, and corridors. In addition, they assisted in replacing faulty or damaged lamp holders, switches, sockets, and wires. Moreover, the staff also performed thorough checks on low-voltage metering devices, circuit breakers, incoming and outgoing cables, safety tools, and fire extinguishers in the distribution room, promptly addressing any potential electrical hazards. Additionally, by distributing safety brochures and conducting on-site explanations, the staff provided information for both the nursing home employees and the senior citizens, covering electrical safety knowledge, proper use of various appliances, and precautions against electricity bill fraud, actively creating a safe electrical environment for them.
