The State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company visits critical customers to ensure stable supply of electricity for people's livelihood

　　On December 9th, staff members from the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company visited Yanling County People's Hospital in Xuchang City, Henan Province,China, to provide related services in winter. In the hospital's power distribution room, the staff members thoroughly reviewed the operation status of the power supply equipment and the electricity consumption needs, carefully checked and eliminated potential safety hazards in electricity usage, ensuring a stable and reliable power supply.

　　Since the onset of winter, as temperatures continue to drop, customers' demand for electricity has steadily increased. To ensure a stable power supply under extreme weather conditions, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has organized visits to key customers, focusing on users such as hospitals, schools, government agencies and enterprises. These efforts aim to promptly ascertain their electricity consumption needs and assist in resolving any electrical issues.

　　During these visits, the staff members meticulously inspected the operational status of customers' power supply equipment and emergency power configurations, carefully checked for safety hazards in distribution boxes, switches, sockets, heating facilities, and offered suggestions for rectification, assisting in the elimination of safety hazards. Up to now, the staff members have visited 5 hospitals, 10 schools, 16 government agencies and 48 key enterprises. Additionally, the Company has accelerated grid upgrades and renovations, strengthened equipment and line maintenance, and conducted in-depth safety hazard inspections and management to fully ensure a safe and reliable power supply.
