Chenjiagou is a national 4A-rated tourist attraction and one of China's top ten sports tourism destinations. During the Spring Festival holiday, Chenjiagou will host a vibrant array of celebrations, including the "Year of the Snake" Spring Festival folk lantern exhibition. A variety of cultural activities are scheduled to be held at various locations, including the Tai Chi Ancestral Shrine, Hero Street (Haohan Jie), and the International Taijiquan Cultural Exchange Center Square. These activities will feature a grand fair showcasing intangible cultural heritage, Taijiquan competitions, laser shows, and traditional temple fairs.
To ensure the smooth launch of these cultural events, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company proactively coordinated with the Chenjiagou Scenic Area Management Bureau to understand the holiday schedule, effectively allocate line loads, and formulate a power supply guarantee plan. Five dedicated power supply teams have been established to conduct 24-hour line patrols. They meticulously monitored the temperature of 11 10-kilovolt lines and over 580 distribution transformers within their service range. Furthermore, they conducted thorough inspections of key locations such as the scenic areas, the local health clinics, hotels, family guesthouses, Taijiquan martial arts schools, and other densely populated areas. They also assisted customers in implementing corrective measures to eliminate potential safety hazards.
Leading up to the Spring Festival, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company is conducting extensive community visits, going door-to-door in villages to raise electrical safety awareness, collect electricity consumption needs, and encourage the adoption of the "Online State Grid" mobile app. They are also distributing service contact cards, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a bright and warm Spring Festival for everyone.
