Since it first began in 2006, the annual expo has kept making progress in internationalization, premiumisation, specialization, branding and marketization, emerging as a major specialized exhibition in the area between Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Shanxi. As a highlight of Yulin’s opening-up move, it has also been tasked with helping to build the city into a gateway for Shaanxi’s northward and westward opening and into a world-class high-end energy chemical base.
