ChinaPrint Art Museum is an important academic project of the China Guanlan Original Printmaking Innovative Base and a major component of its overall planning and construction. Co-founded by China Artists Association, Shenzhen Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Longhua District Government of Shenzhen City, the base is a comprehensive program that integrates printmaking creation, production, display and collection with exchanges, research, training and market development in this field, promoting the Chinese printmaking undertaking and industry in tandem. Designated as the national "Cultural (Art) Industry Demonstration Base" by the Ministry of Culture in 2008, it has become an art institution of printmaking with a strong influence both at home and abroad.
