Preliminary Results of 2022 "Peak Geek" Cyber Security Skills Challenge Announced

Recently, the first round of the 2022 "Peak Geek" Cyber Security Skills Challenge has been successfully held. After 9 hours and 30 minutes of fierce online competition, a total of 24 teams and 96 people emerged among other competitors, among which 12 teams were from 10 universities, including Sichuan University and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and 2 teams of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Chengdu University of Technology respectively entered the final. The Redbud team from Tsinghua University won the first place in the preliminary round by an absolute advantage of 3,157 points.

This competition is carried out online, integrating the latest achievements of industrial development, gathering elites from all industries and units in the field of network security and informatization across the country, and committed to creating a top competition.

The 24 best teams from the preliminary round and 6 specially invited teams will form the Red Penetration Test Team to join hands in the online final on August 24, 2022. At that time, the team will compete against a joint defense team composed of the competition judges, City Cloud Operation and Maintenance Team, City Cloud Service Providers and Critical Information Infrastructure Security Team, etc. to jointly stage the "peak" competition.
