Konstantin Shchepin from Russia is now a reporter and senior commentator for China Global Television Network (CGTN).
Since coming to China in 2004, Shchepin has been engaged in media work, reporting on China from the perspective of a foreign journalist and telling China's stories to the world. Focusing on major news events such as the "Two Sessions" of China, the Wenchuan earthquake and the fight against the epidemic, he has published a number of influential articles and comments, and is a "prolific journalist" in the eyes of his peers. In 2021, he was granted the Chinese Government Friendship Award.
