Six primary schools in Shijiazhuang's Yuhua District have recently implemented a pilot program offering free daycare services during the summer vacation. The program aims to cater to the needs of parents who require assistance in looking after their children during this period. Apart from assisting students to complete their summer homework, these primary schools in Yuhua District made the most of their resources and facilities, including classrooms, libraries, and sports venues to offer specialized courses in diverse topics such as traditional Chinese herbal medicine identification, shadow puppetry production, aerospace exploration, and football training. By organizing these activities, the primary schools not only eased the burden on parents but also enriched students' experiences, providing them with a safe, enjoyable, and meaningful summer vacation.
