On July 25, the second offline themed filming event of the 3rd "Beijing - A Global City" Short Video Contest took place. Nearly 30 international students from 15 countries, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, and El Salvador, visited the National Centre for the Performing Arts to appreciate the beauty of its architectural design, stage art, and cultural exchanges.

The National Centre for the Performing Arts is not only a prestigious venue for performing arts but also a significant platform for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. International students find themselves captivated by the theatre's exquisite design as they explore its various public spaces, such as mesmerizing underwater corridors, grand opera houses, magnificent concert halls, and immersive theatres. Iengly Oksa, an international student from Cambodia, expressed his astonishment at the design of the underwater corridor, Olive Hall, and the dome at the National Centre for the Performing Arts.

During the offline themed filming event, the international students were eager to learn, inquire, and capture footage. They expressed their excitement about witnessing the accomplishments of Beijing in promoting international cultural exchanges. They also had the chance to experience the cross-cultural interactions between Chinese and foreign art and culture within the capital city. They enthusiastically pledged to create short videos to participate in the contest and highlight the "internationalized atmosphere" of Beijing.
