Electricity Guarantee Paves Way forward for China-Europe Freight Trains

Recently, a China-Europe freight train from Kazakhstan, loaded with 62 containers of wheat bran pellets, stopped at the Qisumu International Logistics Park in Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

This is the first time that Ulanqab City has welcomed a return train from Central Asia since the launch of the China-Europe Railway Express.

In recent years, Ulanqab City has actively engaged in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the development of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, and built the Qisumu International Logistics Park, paving the way forward for China-Europe freight trains.

Ulanqab Power Supply Branch Company of Inner Mongolia Power (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") ensures the efficient operation of Qisumu International Logistics Park with reliable power supply, contributing to the upgrading of the park into a "National Import Trade Promotion Innovation Demonstration Zone".

Meanwhile, to ensure the power supply for trains running, the Company organized employees to conduct a comprehensive inspection on the electrical equipment in the Qisumu International Logistics Park. This inspection focused on transformers and production equipment for any poor contacts, aging power lines or other hidden dangers. Besides, by providing high-quality power supply services, the Company ensures that the electrical equipment in Qisumu International Logistics Park is always in optimal operating condition, thereby safeguarding the smooth operation of China-Europe freight trains at all times.
