2024 Sichuan Deyang Lantern Fair Opens

On the evening of February 2nd, accompanied by thousands of colorful lights illuminating the night sky, the 15th Deyang Lantern Fair of Sichuan Province in 2024 shone brightly.

This year's Lantern Fair has created a grand stage to showcase diverse cultures and highlight the charm of Deyang city. More than 60 sets of large-scale themed lantern displays and over 1,000 sets of atmospheric lantern displays have been set up for the festival. To enhance the immersive experience of visitors admiring the lanterns and touring the park, the Deyang Lantern Fair has also arranged for hundreds of cultural activities, including Hanfu and cartoon character parades, interactive creative performances, and more.

It is reported that the Deyang Lantern Fair will continue until March 9th. During the festival, the Deyang TV Tower will also host a series of light shows, which will be synchronized with several other Deyang landmark buildings each night, presenting light shows and video shows. In addition, there will be food and cultural and creative markets, providing visitors with a New Year feast that includes not only lantern appreciation and sightseeing, but also delicious food.
