Beijing (CRI Online) – The year of 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. Over the past decade, BRI has evolved from China's initiative to international practice, from concept to action, and from vision to reality, achieving substantial and significant results. Based on this, China Radio International Online launches "Dialogue with Ambassadors in China: China's Role in the Global Governance" series, interviewing a number of ambassadors to China from BRI partner countries, talking about the achievements of BRI in the past ten years, and looking forward to the future bilateral cooperation under the framework of BRI.

China and Guinea have maintained profound traditional friendship. Guinea is the first sub-Saharan African country to establish diplomatic relations with China. Nowadays, cooperation between the two countries has been further deepened through the BRI cooperation. The joint projects under BRI, such as the Dapilon-Santou Railway and the Kaleta Hydropower Station, have effectively promoted the development of Guinea.
