State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company Fully Guarantees Worry-free Electricity for Farmers

On September 5, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company organized staff to conduct on-site services at the mushroom planting base in Changmen Village, Mojie Township, Yuzhou City, Xuchang City, Henan Province. They inspected the mushroom cold storage, drying room, electrical equipment, and lines one by one to understand the electricity demand for key links such as mushroom production, processing, and storage.

With the development of mushroom cultivation in Changmen Village, the requirements for power supply quality in mushroom greenhouses and supporting facilities are also increasing. In order to ensure reliable power supply during the cultivation, harvesting, and storage of shiitake mushrooms in greenhouses, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has organized staff to actively provide power supply services in shiitake mushroom planting bases. They have inspected the distribution boxes, cables, switches, and other facilities in the greenhouses, urged the rectification of unsafe electricity use behaviors such as waistline and ground climbing lines in the greenhouses, explained safety precautions for electricity use, and helped shiitake mushroom growers solve hidden dangers in a timely manner. As of now, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has solved 6 electricity problems for local farmers, eliminated 5 safety hazards in electricity use, and distributed more than 2000 copies of safety electricity publicity materials.

Next, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company will develop a detailed electricity plan for each household, fully ensuring that farmers have worry free electricity use and guarding the basket of vegetables for the people with care.
