State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Supply Provides Thoughtful Services to Ensure Worry-Free Charging for New Energy Vehicles

As the 2025 Spring Festival holiday concludes, the country experiences a peak in return-to-work travel. To ensure worry-free charging for new energy vehicles (NEV), State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Supply Co., Ltd has launched a support operation along routes, warming every journey with thoughtful services.

During the returning period, the demand for charging at high-speed service stations has surged. State Grid Jiangxi Electric Vehicle Service Co., Ltd., through its intelligent vehicular network platform, introduced real-time monitoring of the situation at service stations along highways in the province. Since the Spring Festival, the maximum daily charging volume has reached 536,300 kilowatt-hours. To cope with the peak, State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power has conducted a comprehensive "health check" on charging stations throughout the province, inspecting facilities such as charger grounding wires and casings to ensure the charging safety.

At the Nanchang Wanli Service Station, staff guided vehicles for orderly charging and spread knowledge about safe electricity use. They assist owners in checking the status of chargers via the "E-Charging" APP to efficiently plan their trips. In the rest room of the Jiujiang Xunyang charging station, car owner Mr. Liu said, "It's particularly heartwarming to be able to enjoy a cup of hot coffee while waiting for charging." State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power has continuously enhanced its service quality by building integrated charging stations equipped with facilities including rest rooms and automatic vending machines, providing NEV owners with a warm and comfortable charging environment.

During the 2025 Spring Festival, the charging volume of Jiangxi's power grid chargers reached 12.4246 million kilowatt-hours, serving a cumulative total of 4.254 million vehicles, with year-on-year increases of 95% and 71%, respectively. Looking ahead, State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power will continue optimizing the charging facility network, explore intelligent upgrades, and comprehensively enhance service quality to ensure green and worry-free travel for NEV owners.
