Gong’an County, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, is a nationally recognized premier county for rice seed production in China. This county boasts a 40,000-mu core zone dedicated to high-quality hybrid rice seed cultivation, yielding an annual output of 10 million kilograms of hybrid rice seeds. These products are sold extensively to over ten countries and regions.

In recent years, Gong’an County has proactively enhanced its technological infrastructure to facilitate the high-quality development of the seed industry. Within the intelligent dark rooms of modernized seedling cultivation factories, precise systems for automatic irrigation, cooling, and ventilation are deployed. Land preparation is executed using tracked rotary tillers, while high-velocity transplanters are employed for seedling implantation. Aerial drones are utilized for precise fertilization and pollination, and fully automated static grain dryers ensure optimal rice seed desiccation.
As technology empowers the seed industry, demands for electricity have become higher and higher. The consistent temperature and humidity environment within dark rooms required for seedling cultivation, the provision of reliable charging capabilities for drone operation, and the uninterrupted functionality of desiccation equipment are all critically dependent upon a stable power supply.
