Recently, dressed in insulated suits and carrying tool bags, line inspectors shuttled along the fire prevention paths in the mountains. Holding an infrared thermometer, one inspector conducted a section-by-section inspection of the transmission lines. At an inspection point along the line, a drone took off into the air and carried out a comprehensive scan of the tower foundations and insulators with a high-definition camera. Meanwhile, large screens in the ground monitoring center displayed the inspection images in real time as technicians marked and analyzed the data.
