State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power: Safeguarding Power Supply for 30° North Latitude Wave Music Festival

On May 18, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power dispatched staff to the Dongsha Ocean View Park in the Songlan Mountain Coastal Resort, Xiangshan, Ningbo, to inspect power lines and distribution facilities at the venue of the 30° North Latitude Wave Music Festival, ensuring a comfortable and safe viewing environment for audiences.

Amid cheers and shouts from the audience, various singers took the stage, bringing wave after wave of excitement to the venue.

To ensure the festival’s smooth operation, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power coordinated with the organizers in advance to determine the power connection plan. “To ensure safe and reliable power supply during the festival, we carefully planned comprehensive power supply assurance measures in accordance with the organizer's requirements, including clearly defined responsibilities and emergency repair arrangements,” said the on-site power supply assurance supervisor.

During the music festival, experienced power supply assurance personnel remained on site. Behind the stage, staff closely monitored the power lines supplying lighting, audio equipment, and other devices, and kept constant watch on equipment operation. They also worked with on-site staff to recheck and organize temporary stage wiring and electrical facilities, enhancing the safety and reliability of power usage at the venue.(Written by Chen Xiaomin)
