From September 6 to 7, the Guizhou Matcha & International Culinary Creative Exchange was held in Jiangkou County, Tongren City, under the theme of "A Touch of Green, Hundred Tastes in Harmony." Four chefs from China, Italy, the Republic of the Congo, and Croatia drew inspiration from Guizhou matcha. Through culinary demonstrations and dialogue, they explored the philosophy that "everything pairs with matcha," showcasing its infinite potential in global food culture.

On the first day of the event, the chefs used Guizhou matcha as the core ingredient, blending it with signature ingredients from their respective countries to create a series of innovative "matcha + cuisine" dishes.

The event was held in Jiangkou County, Tongren City—a rising hub of Guizhou's matcha industry. Leveraging its exceptional natural environment and strict quality standards, Jiangkou County has become a key production area for Guizhou matcha.

As a leading enterprise in the matcha industry, Guicha Group has established the world's largest single matcha refining workshop, producing its signature "Five-Excellent Matcha," distinguished by eco-friendliness, strict quality control, refined craftsmanship, rich nutrition, and premium taste. By August 2025, the company’s matcha sales had reached 1,120 tons, including 400 tons for export to more than 40 countries and regions worldwide.
