Recently, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company dispatched staff to inspect the power supply equipment and electricity usage at Bingyu Vegetable Greenhouses in Lidian Town, Sheqi County, Nanyang City, Henan Province.

As the Spring Festival approaches, Lidian Town's specialty agriculture has entered the harvest season. This distinctive farming sector is undergoing rapid transformation under an agricultural model that integrates power supply with greenhouse farming.

In recent years, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company has taken the initiative to serve local specialty industries. Local power service managers regularly visit vegetable greenhouses to inspect power lines, irrigation pumping facilities, as well as lighting, heating, and other electrical equipment. They replace aged leakage protectors and damaged insulation wiring, help rectify nonstandard temporary power lines, and provide on-site guidance for wiring design and scientific installation of electrical devices in newly built greenhouses. These measures ensure that electricity issues do not hinder farmers’ income growth. Meanwhile, the Company has launched a green channel and distributed service cards to the public, enabling faster processing of farmers' electricity applications and fault repairs and ensuring prompt resolution of power-related difficulties.

Staff also visit villages in their service areas to teach residents how to use the "State Grid Online" app for electricity services, offering 24-hour bill payment, account inquiries, and other functions. This allows villagers to enjoy convenient and efficient online electricity services without leaving home.

Going forward, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company will continue to dispatch staff to rural areas for comprehensive inspections and maintenance of power lines and facilities. They will also engage with villagers to understand their electricity needs, further supporting the development of specialty agriculture.
