The production floor at Xinzhi Group, Taizhou's Jiaojiang District, hums with activity. Automated robotic arms execute precise manoeuvres; workers move methodically along assembly lines; batches of automotive alternator stator cores bound for Europe proceed through final processing. As a global leader in critical motor components, Xinzhi currently operates over 80 production lines at full capacity, working at full capacity to meet international orders.

"We're at peak production. Every line is running flat out," explains Huang Sheng, Deputy Director of Administration at Xinzhi Group. The enterprise commands approximately 75 per, cent of domestic market share and 40 percent internationally for automotive alternator stator cores, supplying tier-one manufacturers including Robert Bosch, Vitesco Technologies, SEG Automotive, and Valeo. Annual turnover from German clients alone reaches 50 million yuan. During this year's Spring Festival holiday, the plant maintained continuous operations—twelve stator core lines producing 2,400 units daily—to fulfil European export orders exceeding 20 million yuan for the first quarter.

At this critical juncture of maximum output, State Grid Taizhou Jiaojiang District Power Supply Company personnel carried out proactive on-site inspections. Equipped with infrared thermal imagers and partial discharge detectors, power supply technicians performed comprehensive "health checks" on distribution rooms and critical production line equipment, identifying and rectifying potential faults to ensure reliable and fault-free power supply.

"Beyond equipment inspection, we're optimising the firm's green energy profile," notes Cheng Haoxiang, Marketing Specialist at State Grid Jiaojiang District Power Supply Company, examining photovoltaic panel performance on the factory roof. Following earlier recommendations regarding efficiency losses from panel soiling, Xinzhi has adopted quarterly cleaning protocols—improving photovoltaic generation efficiency by approximately 20 percent and adding an estimated 2 million kWh annually.

To accommodate capacity expansion, the power supply company facilitated advance completion of a 35 kV substation upgrade before the Spring Festival holiday. Xinzhi invested over 4 million yuan to increase two main transformer capacities from 12,500 kVA to 16,000 kVA each—adding 7,000 kVA total capacity to power full production deployment. Monthly electricity costs now approximate 7 million yuan; however, through integrated "photovoltaic-plus-storage-plus-smart-consumption" strategies, the enterprise saves 3 million yuan monthly—exceeding 30 million yuan annually.

Cheng confirms that State Grid Jiaojiang District Power Supply Company has devised a bespoke "one-enterprise-one-policy" tariff optimisation programme—addressing basic electricity charges, power factor penalties, and photovoltaic efficiency to reduce costs comprehensively. From transformer upgrades to panel maintenance to intelligent consumption management, the utility's refined service and green power integration support stable production and improved efficiency.
