The symposium featured four main segments: an opening ceremony, keynote speech sessions, parallel forums, and a roundtable discussion, covering academic research, educational practice, and industry application. During the keynote sessions, four distinguished guests shared in-depth insights into civilizational exchange and cultural communication from different perspectives. Two parallel forums presented practical cases of intercivilizational mutual learning in education and explored new possibilities for cultural globalization in the AI era. The roundtable brought together academia and industry to discuss topics including cultural integration in the overseas expansion of enterprises and mutual empowerment between industry and culture.
During the event, the presentation of the book *Chinese Modernisation: Theoretical Origins, Institutional Innovation and Jiangsu Practice* and the inauguration of the XJTLU Country and Region Studies Centre were held, and **The Suzhou Initiative on Promoting Exchanges and Mutual Learning among Civilizations** was officially released.
The symposium provided an open academic platform for equal dialogue among civilizations and explored actionable pathways for the international communication of Chinese culture.
