The 3rd Integrity Northern Border Symposium Held in Hohhot

Recently, the 3rd Integrity Northern Border Symposium, hosted by the Inner Mongolia Academy of Social Sciences and organized by its Institute of Political Science and Law, was held in Hohhot. Li Yongsheng, Vice President of the Inner Mongolia Academy of Social Sciences, presided over the opening ceremony. At the keynote report session, Li Jie, Director of the Policies and Regulations Division at Xinhua Credit of Xinhua News Agency’s China Economic Information Service, delivered a comprehensive interpretation of the development of the social credit system, followed by an analysis of how the credit economy integrates with socioeconomic development.

Wei Peng, Director of the Henan Provincial Center for Business Environment and Social Credit Development, elaborated from a multi-dimensional institutional perspective on how credit modernization can support the improvement of the business environment and facilitate high-quality development.

Peng Yanling, Associate Professor at the College of Economics and Management, Northwest A&F University, presented an in-depth study on how rural virtue point systems can be transformed into credit assets.

Zhu Lijun, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Politics and Public Administration, Shanxi University, elaborated on the concept of integrity-based diplomacy and its contemporary value through continued practice.

Huang Kai, Researcher at the Collaborative Innovation Center for Inner Mongolia Rule of Law Construction and Regional Development, Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics, analyzed the formation logic and shaping mechanisms of judicial credibility in border areas.

Zhang Min, Director and Researcher of the Institute of Public Management, Inner Mongolia Academy of Social Sciences, presided over the exchange session.
