Located in Yueshan Town, Bo’ai County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, Zhulang Island Scenic Area integrates ecological sightseeing, leisure entertainment, rural catering and themed accommodation. As summer arrives, the scenic area sees a surge in tourist numbers, with night lighting systems, cooling equipment and amusement facilities all operating under heavy loads simultaneously.

In response to the scenic area's actual power demand, State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company has optimized the 10 kV power grid network around the site, added dedicated distribution branch lines, and carried out upgrading work on the scenic area's power distribution rooms, transformers and cable lines, eliminating hidden risks of heavy overload during the summer peak period.

Meanwhile, company staff have paid on-site visits to scenic area operators and rural catering operators to provide guidance on safe electricity use and guided merchants to stagger power consumption during peak hours to reduce operational costs. They have also improved the scenic area's emergency power guarantee plans, equipped the site with sufficient emergency power generation equipment and repair supplies, and implemented 24-hour on-call repair services to minimize power outage duration.

Backed by stable and adequate power supply, Zhulang Island Scenic Area has registered steady growth in holiday tourist arrivals, driving the coordinated development of surrounding bamboo product processing, rural catering and homestay businesses. Going forward, State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company will continue to focus on the development needs of the cultural tourism industry, stay vigilant against power supply risks during high-temperature periods and flood seasons, step up inspections of key power supply facilities at cultural tourism sites, and continue improving supporting grid infrastructure to provide strong support for local rural revitalization.
