Guangdong Token Trading and Service Center Launched, Unveiling AI Token Overseas Service Package

The Guangdong Token Trading and Service Center was officially established on July 30 at the Global Cross-border Trade Industry Cluster Ecosystem Conference, where it jointly launched the AI Token Overseas Service Package with the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area Data Special Zone Innovation Cooperation Center.

Based in Nansha and extending across the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, the center aims to build a compliant and trusted token trading hub, a value conversion hub for model-data synergy, a carrier for AI-related policy implementation, and a service center for cross-border token circulation.

Focusing on addressing common challenges faced by SMEs, including high AI procurement costs, difficulties in supply-demand matching, compliance risks, and slow implementation of subsidies, the center promotes the unified pricing, aggregation, and fair trading of AI resources—including models, data, and computing power—through token-based pricing. It aims to help Guangdong become a national hub for token supply, a benchmark for intelligent applications, and a gateway for token-based overseas services.

At the conference, the center, together with the Greater Bay Area Data Special Zone Innovation Cooperation Center, led by China Unicom Guangdong Branch, unveiled the AI Token Overseas Service Package, which includes:

A cross-border e-commerce service package tailored for SMEs; 

A digital employee service package targeting Agent platform providers and AGI-generated applications; 

An overseas service package serving large overseas enterprises. 

The center has developed five major service capabilities to address enterprises’ core AI procurement needs: trusted circulation services, policy support services, trusted measurement services, token overseas services, and comprehensive public services.

The center has already established cooperation with several technology companies, including Shenzhen Yitongdao Technology, Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Intelligent Computing (Tiandun Data), Beijing Chuangshi Huacai Technology, Guangdong Yuhao Technology, and Shantou Sanshu Technology. These collaborations focus on areas including corpus development, computing power support, vertical model R&D, and AI scenario implementation.

Working together with the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area Data Special Zone Innovation Cooperation Center, the center aims to facilitate cross-border data channels and jointly develop a one-stop service system for token-based overseas expansion.

According to the center, it will further deepen cooperation with trusted service providers, enrich trusted token supply resources in the market, actively explore international cooperation opportunities in the data sector, innovate cross-border token circulation models, and establish full-chain service channels for token-based overseas expansion. These efforts will help improve the two-way circulation mechanism of the token economy in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
