Global Cultures and Flavors Come Together as the 'East Meets West' Salon Opens — Discover the World at 'Colorful World'

On September 11, the 11th "Colorful World" cultural exhibition and exchange event entered its third day. At the "Colorful World" zone in Shougang Park, the lively beats of African hand drums blended with the soothing overtones of Nepalese singing bowls, while the sweet aroma of Vietnamese durian cakes filled the air. Embassies of more than 20 countries brought their signature cultural offerings and products from home to visitors.

Also held that day was the "East Meets West: Charming Beijing" cultural salon, one of the highlights of "Colorful World". With "The Key to Nature" as its theme, the salon brought together wellness traditions and signature products from China and abroad, highlighting their shared appeal and giving visitors a chance to experience the rich blend of cultures from around the world.
