Amap's Tutu serves as a robotic guide at NBA House, welcoming visitors, recommending local food, answering questions, guiding shoppers and helping direct foot traffic.

In one interaction, a parent asked Tutu to recommend local specialties and take the family to try them. Tutu began leading them to a stall, introducing food options along the way. Tutu navigated around visitors taking photos and led the family to a restroom at a child's request before resuming its original task and continuing to the food stall.

The interaction required Tutu to respond to both changing surroundings and shifting requests. Amid music, announcements, cheers and moving crowds, it understood questions in multiple languages, adjusted its route and retained the context needed to complete a sequence of related tasks.
